These three contacts are invented. Use this file to practise the current preview before uploading your own records.

Uploads count towards the free preview allowance shown in your account. The reserved example addresses deliberately cannot receive email and may appear as unreachable; the opted-out row stays set aside. A preview sends nothing. Buying the Full Audit unlocks confirmation, review and export; known opt-outs stay protected.

Columns the current Desk uses

name: A display name from your source.
email: The email address exactly as supplied.
last_contacted: The last contact date, in YYYY-MM-DD format. Used for recency grouping.
status: The source status, including known unsubscribed contacts. Preserve restrictions.
value: Optional historical value. It is not proof of money recovered.
source: Where the record came from.

Export Excel or Google Sheets as CSV. Review the detected columns before confirming. Leave out sensitive notes, passwords, payment details and information about children.
